A San Diegan resident for over 25 years, Eder discovered his passion for real estate shortly after graduating from San Diego State University (SDSU), when he purchased his first duplex in City Heights. That single investment lit a fire that has since fueled the renovation and development of properties across the county.

As a licensed California REALTOR®, Eder combines hands-on experience with sharp market insight to guide each project from acquisition to completion. His developments reflect a signature style—clean, modern, and built to impress—thanks to his keen eye for contemporary design.

Driven by a strong sense of purpose, Eder is committed to helping combat San Diego’s housing shortage by creating more quality homes and smart, efficient living spaces throughout the region.

Carlos Garcia has been a valued member of our team since day one. Originally from Michoacán, Mexico, he brings 25 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in framing. His dedication and expertise have greatly to our success. We are proud to have him on board.

Milot Merius, known as Melisio, is a dedicated professional who has been a valuable member Team since 2022. a robust background in masonry and over 12 years of experience concrete Industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Originally from Haiti, Milot's strong work ethic and commitment excellence make him an indispensable asset in every project he undertakes.

David Silva has been with Meracled for over five years. He was first Brough on to our Encinitas project as a referral, and from day one, it was evident that he would be a key player—an employee we could rely on for many years. He is knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical,carpentry,framing, and all aspects of house remodeling, including flooring and windows. His extensive knowledge across various trades quickly go promoted to project manager, where his versatility and we can strongly depend on him.
